Quick Tips

You love music, right? But you know when it gets too loud, it can damage your hearing. When we say damage, we mean damage that can’t be fixed! You might also get TINNITUS, which is the perception of noises in your head or ears. Imagine a constant ringing, buzzing, whistling or combination of different sounds… not good.

But there are some simple things you can do to help AVOID this:

  1. Use EARPLUGS. They don’t completely block the sound out, in fact if you get the right ones you can hear the music better
  2. Don’t stand by the SPEAKERS!
  3. It might sound crazy, but make sure you DRINK SOME WATER - your ears will thank you (and you’ll be glad you did the next morning)
  4. Take some TIME OUT. Go to a chill out area, see what else is going on - it’ll give your ears a chance to relax
